RADICAL POSITIVITY is a non –traditional, non conventional, out of the box consulting group that assist and enhances the behavioral operations of children and family servicing organizations /agencies, as well as and the growth and development of individuals. We specialize in working with schools, community organizations, private and public agencies, as well as churches, day cares centers and other agencies geared towards enhancing the lives of individuals, children, and families.  We do this by:

• Providing professional development geared towards agency team building aimed at increasing morale and productivity
• Training staff using our Radical Positivity, Guide of Interventions Workshops to aide staff in utilizing therapeutic techniques that meet the needs of client populations
• Developing and providing training workshops to assist agencies meet professional development needs
• Consulting agency management on the development, planning and implementation of services and programs
• Developing and/or enhancing specialize programs for agencies

Brian Bailey has over 20 years of experience providing therapeutic services to children, families and professionals. With 13 years of executive experience in the non profit sector and more than 8 years providing direct service, program development and supervision for seriously emotionally diagnosed children and families. He has extensive experience in various social service divisions including family support services, children with special needs, special education, educational behavior support services, and non- profit management, clinical conference development, promotion and implementation.

His professional counseling background has made him an exceptionally effective clinician for children, adults, families, couples, and groups. He has designed therapeutic curriculum, designed non- traditional therapeutic intervention programs, created intense professional development sessions and has built a knack for mass event construction and design, partnering and collaboration, and behavior support group counseling. He is a trainer and certified in Radical Positivity Intervention, trained in Motivational interviewing, TACT II revised, Life Space Crisis Intervention, an ARISE life skills trainer, trained in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, and co-authored the “Radical Positivity” curriculum, a guide for interventions for persons working with children with emotional disabilities.
